Pub talk in London

I gave a talk recently at a pub in London:

The talk is mostly about the music industry, how a business model can be quite far from what "customer happiness" is, that the business is demotivated to provide happiness for their customers. I also talk about Magnatune's previous business model, and why it wasn't working, and why the membership model works for us (and for music in general).
